For the second time, Dr. Hilliard was invited to participate in Rice University’s Student-Athlete Development & Letterwinner Engagement program “Beyond the Hedges Networking and Mock Interview Event.’ The annual event provides student-athletes with the opportunity to test their professional preparation in a safe environment. In a speed networking format, Dr. Hilliard provided interviewing, job preparation, and networking tips that help student-athletes maximize their sports participation and prepare them for life beyond the game.
